It's Been a while....

Wow, it has really been a while since I last blogged...I guess things just got really busy and I havent been able to sit and write. School has been in full swing! My kids this year are soooo loud, but they are good kids. I have had a very complicated year so far, and these kids have been awesome through it all! I guess I can take their loudness!!! In September we went to my cousins wedding in Minnesota...which was a blast...we got to see all my family. We stayed with my Grandma which was awesome...I love my grandma so much!! She is coming to visit us for a while in January, I am so excited. She is such a sweet, caring, and selfless person! October came and went by so fast. That was a very exciting month, and a very sad month ( that can be saved for a later post...when I am able to talk more about it). November came and went as well...for Thanksgiving, Bob's parents came to visit for a week. It is always nice when they come to visit. Bob and his dad always find something to do around the house, and I get to catch up on the Rutherford side of the family! Thanksgiving was held at our house again. It was a little smaller than last years...Bobs brother and his girlfriend didnt come, and his Uncles were unable to make it either. We also lost one of our good friend this year...you may remember Ed from one of my earlier posts. He was definately missed, and we were thinking about him all day! Carol still came which was nice. And Bobs grandma and grandpa came as well. Ofcourse my mom and dad and brother were here too. It was a nice Thanksgiving...it was nice to be with family, and remember that there are many things to be thankful for. The after thanksgiving sales " black Friday" werent as good as they usually are. We did go out because Bob did find somethings he wanted...we got a Blue-Ray player and a surround sound reciever. We also got a universal remote, which is cool and all, but now I have to learn how to use that!!! Technology is a pain! I got the Aerosmith Guitar Hero...I know I am a dork,,,but hey, it is fun!!! Now it is December, and almost my birthday and christmas. We are going to Michigan for Christmas. I am kinda excited. I get to see my best friend Stacey! I havent seen her since spring break, and so I am super excited...a lot has happened since then, so I know it is going to be emotional when I see her ( again, for a later post) We are going to go snowboarding which was always a blast...I wish we could bring our snowboards, but it is too much of a hassle! My birthday is this month...I am going to be 28...wow...I am old...two years until the big 3-0!!!!! yikes! That will be a fun birthday... We are already planning a trip to Hawaii...I have been there a couple of times, but Bob has never been there...I think everyone should visit it atleast once..it is so relaxing! Well, here is a little catch-up on our lives over the past couple of months...I will definately have to write another post at a later time. Kona is getting bigger, he is almost 70 pounds! Marley is doing well...he is still the ruler of this house!!!
